These Terms of Use govern access to parlide.com and purchases from Parlide. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked here.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, or use our services for unlawful activity.

Products and personal use

We work to present product colors, dimensions, features, and images clearly, but screens and production batches can vary. Beauty accessories should be used only as directed. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek qualified advice when appropriate. Our products are offered for personal use and are not medical devices unless expressly stated.

Prices, orders, and payment

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the storefront expressly shows another currency. Taxes, shipping, and possible import charges are shown or described before purchase when available. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when fulfillment begins. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or legal restrictions, with an appropriate refund.

Intellectual property

The Parlide name, storefront design, original copy, graphics, and site arrangement belong to Parlide or are used with permission. You may browse and make reasonable personal copies of order information, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by consumer law. Parlide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, governing law, and contact
